Re-Release: Ice Cube’s Death Certificate

This weekend, in honor of its 25th anniversary, legendary West Coast rapper and N.W.A. alum Ice Cube re-released his classic second album Death Certificate. It is also the first for Cube under Interscope Records.

The most notable things about the pivotal release is the fact that the sensitive subjects — of white supremacism, police racial brutality, etc. — is as relatable in 2017 as it was back in the early 90’s. In addition to the original tracks, Cube also adds three bonus tracks: “Only One Me,” “Dominate The Weak” and “Good Cop Bad Cop” (accompanied with visuals).

The upgraded album is now available for streaming below via Apple Music, Spotify and TIDAL. It also includes Cube’s recent appearance on Real Time with Bill Maher, which saw him calling the polarized host out on his recent use of the N-word.
